Project/Program Manager Global Events Team:

Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour

Job Summary

This role involves a blend of project management (50%), data analysis (25%), and stakeholder management (25%) to support adhoc projects. With a fast-paced and agile team environment, the ideal candidate will contribute across multiple events, sessions, and global programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global event strategies.
• Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions and evaluate success.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and collaborate on adhoc projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the team.
• Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive tooling expertise, particularly in Airtable.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating with global teams.
• Advanced level of data analysis skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex information.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience in event marketing, particularly with large-scale programs exceeding 100,000 participants, is highly desired.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and content management is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and earn trust within a team.
