Salesforce Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. You will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with CRM processes and customer lifecycle workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and support production environments with timely resolutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, data models, security settings, and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Git, Azure DevOps) to support continuous delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements, enhance functionality, and support BFSI‑specific use cases such as KYC, onboarding, and case management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative automation tools with strong CRM process understanding.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, with experience supporting BFSI workflows such as onboarding, KYC, case management, and regulatory compliance.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
