SAP S/4HANA Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Consultant for a Contract role with a client in Montvale, NJ. This role requires an expert‑level understanding of Professional Services and Engagement Management processes within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including end‑to‑end delivery, billing, forecasting, and integrations.

Rate Range: $88/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP S/4HANA Consultant Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Engagement Management delivery across Professional Services business processes.
• Perform Fit‑to‑Standard analysis, identify solution gaps, and develop mitigation strategies for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SaaS).
• Manage end‑to‑end Engagement lifecycle, including setup, staffing, deliverables, issue/change management, billing, WIP, collections, and profitability analysis.
• Validate and guide configuration of key processes across SD, PS, FI, and related modules.
• Support and validate integrations across core financials, project‑based service delivery, time & expense, and billing models.
• Review and guide design of conversions, interfaces, forms, and workflow solutions within public‑cloud RICEFW‑lite constraints.
• Support SAP Activate methodology—sprint planning, execution, PI cycles, cutover, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment with best practices, solution integrity, and client requirements.

Desired Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP, including strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud and Professional Services.
• Deep functional knowledge of SD‑PS, Engagement Management, billing models, forecasting, revenue recognition, and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with core financials, project‑based delivery, and cross‑module integrations.
• Experience with SAP Business AI recommendations for PS workflows (preferred).
• Strong Fit‑to‑Standard and gap analysis experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, SAP best practices, agile sprints, PI planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay Details: $88.00 to $90.00 per hour
