About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.

2. Follow the prescribed behavioural skill acquisition and behaviour reduction protocols. Collect, record, and summarise data on observable client behaviour.

3. Assist with parent and caregiver training per the client's individualized treatment and behaviour reduction protocols. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the progress

4. Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients. Maintain client confidentiality.

5. Assist lead behavioural technicians, behaviour analysts, and pediatric neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed.

6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

7. Collaborate with the treatment team, including client, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.

2. Effective time management skills andthe ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

3. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.

4. ABA– free applied behavioural analysis training of 10 to 15 days.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with basic computer/MS Office skills.

6. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

7. Diploma in Education (D.Ed.)

8. Bachelor's in arts/master's in arts or special child care education (ECCD) or any other special childcare education can also apply
