Role Overview

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can transform academic and informational content into engaging visual narratives. The role requires strong design sense, storytelling ability, and the capability to use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts especially for competitive exam preparation content like UPSC.

Position Details

Role: Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Experience: Open (Fresher’s can apply)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills, portfolio, and AI tool proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

● Convert academic content, scripts, and concepts into high-quality motion graphics videos

● Design and animate explainer videos, reels, and educational content for digital platforms

● Work closely with the content team to understand topic depth, flow, and visual requirements

● Collaborate with the production team for planning, execution, and delivery of video assets

● Maintain consistency in visual language, branding, and content format across all videos

● Create infographics, animated charts, maps, and concept visualizations

● Edit and enhance videos with appropriate motion elements, transitions, and effects, Optimize content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, app, etc.)

● Integrate AI tools in workflow for faster ideation, asset creation, and editing efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools

(Adobe After Effects, 2D/3D,Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

● Good understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual hierarchy

● Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging visuals

● Strong sense of timing, transitions, and storytelling in video format

● Understanding of digital content formats and platform requirements

● Basic knowledge of sound design and syncing visuals with audio

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Ability to use AI for:

○ Script-to-visual ideation

○ Image and asset generation

○ Background removal, rotoscoping, and scene enhancement

○ Video generation and motion assistance

○ Improving speed and efficiency in repetitive tasks

● Understanding of how AI can partially or fully automate parts of motion graphics workflow

● Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI tools and workflows

Experience

● Open to candidates with 0–3+ years of experience

● Fresher’s with strong portfolios and practical skills can also apply
