What the Heck is a Kninja Partner?

You’re the one the client trusts.

Not just with their books—

You are:

• The face of AIS to your clients
• The final review before anything goes out
• The leader guiding Kninja Associates (our junior bookkeepers)
• The one making sure deadlines are hit and budgets don’t quietly explode

Translation:

The buck stops with you.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Run client meetings like a pro (month-end, year-end, all of it)
• Build real relationships (not “checking in” emails)
• Review and oversee work done by your team
• Keep files clean, accurate, and on time
• Turn financials into something clients actually understand
• Find better, faster, smarter ways to do things (we’re big on efficiency)
• Fix problems before they become “problems”

What You Need

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online (non-negotiable)
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Strong financial statement knowledge (and the ability to explain it like a human)
• Leadership or mentorship experience
• Tech-savvy mindset (you like tools, automation, and smarter workflows)
• Organized, proactive, and not easily rattled
