As a Senior Connectivity Integration Analyst, you will  work on API integrations and provide troubleshooting support, enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, improving task prioritization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Through the creation of data-driven insights and innovative process automation, this position will drive informed decision-making and operational innovation. Additionally, by addressing tooling and process challenges with expert solutions and providing adaptable project support, the role will ensure operational excellence and contribute to the broader success of the organization.

A Typical Day 

As a key member of the operations team, you will leverage conceptual knowledge of principles, practices, and methodologies within an operational focus area, applying expertise across various workflows. Your role requires a combination of job-related training and extensive on-the-job experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary technical liaison for hotels and partners integrating with Airbnb and HotelTonight via supported PMS, CMS, or Channel Managers, ensuring seamless onboarding, mapping, troubleshooting, and ongoing connectivity support—including test rollouts, issue resolution (such as XML data exchange and eligibility concerns), performance reporting, partner engagement, product bug escalation, internal training, and the creation of self-help resources to optimize partner experience and operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of technical tools: Analyze & troubleshoot connectivity related issues including XML data to ensure a seamless exchange of inventory & reservation data. Basic understanding and working knowledge of technical tools like Sumo Logic and Snowflake  would be an added advantage. 
• Leverage AI and Automation: Champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to optimize workflows, enhance data management, and streamline onboarding and daily operations. Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall customer and partner experience.
• Innovation and Problem Solving: Drive innovation by proactively identifying complex business and technical challenges, designing creative solutions, and championing a culture of continuous improvement across teams. Leverage deep expertise to solve ambiguous problems, experiment with new approaches, and influence strategic decisions that elevate Airbnb’s products and services.
• Strategic Process Optimization: Lead the identification, design and implementation of innovative process improvements for onboarding, data management, and cross-team collaboration. Utilize advanced analytics and automation, including AI-based solutions, to deliver scalable and sustainable outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and other stakeholder teams to resolve multi-faceted challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and continuously improve operational workflows across the platform.
