The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for a Programs and Business Strategy Lead to help drive the expansion of Airbnb’s new Services business. This role will support senior leaders, while also owning projects that shape the future of Services. You’ll provide analytical and strategic horsepower, align cross-functional teams, and help translate insights into action. The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and wants to make a visible impact on this new business at Airbnb.

This role requires candidates to be based in the United States, preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zones. Relocation support is available.

A Typical Day: 

  • Analytics: Use SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills to surface insights and build scalable reporting that helps the team track performance and make better decisions.
  • Insights: Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to deliver actionable insights to leadership. Distill complex data into clear takeaways that influence strategy.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency for Services, balancing near-term problem solving with long-term scaling.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, finance, operations, and supply teams to align on priorities and deliver results.
  • Innovation & Growth: Take ownership of assigned initiatives—shaping plans, owning outcomes, and identifying the next opportunities to scale.
  • Storytelling: Develop high-quality presentations that communicate strategy, insights, and business performance clearly and persuasively.
