The Community You Will Join:

We are looking for a product leader to transform how listings are represented on Airbnb. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and optimizing Airbnb’s core listings page for accommodations, with the aim of making it easier for guests to swiftly evaluate, compare and book on Airbnb. 

The Difference You Will Make:

You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to invent new features and capabilities in our app, and you’ll leverage the latest AI and personalization technologies to push the boundaries of how listings are merchandised. You’ll also collaborate with operations and global teams to build merchandising capabilities that support Airbnb’s editorial strategy, ensuring that our platform remains top-of-mind for travelers everywhere and for every travel moment.

A Typical Day: 

  • Lead and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how accommodations are represented on Airbnb.
  • Incorporate the latest AI technologies to uplevel Airbnb’s merchandising and set a new standard for how homes are merchandised digitally. 
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams (Tech, Design), cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team.
  • Inspire teams, leadership, and the company to support the success of your products and business outcomes.
  • Build deep expertise on the subject matter both through user research, marketplace data, and an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results. 
  • Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
  • Craft the product narrative and marketing strategies that communicate the benefits and features of our products both internally and externally in collaboration with comms and other cross functional partners.
