ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE — Revenue Operations Controller

Reports To: Finance Head

Experience Requirement: 1–3 Years

Salary Band: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 CTC per annum

Role Summary

Responsible for supporting revenue operations including invoicing, receivable monitoring, and revenue documentation to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices based on operational confirmations.
• Maintain customer master data and billing records.
• Monitor receivable aging and support collection follow-ups.
• Assist in revenue reporting and MIS preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation supporting revenue transactions.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce background.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing functions.
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar preferred.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE — Vendor Governance Controller

Reports To: Finance Head

Experience Requirement: 2–4 Years

Salary Band: ₹2,80,000 – ₹4,20,000 CTC per annum

Role Summary

Responsible for vendor accounting processes, invoice validation, and preparation of payment documentation aligned with finance governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding and maintenance of vendor records.
• Verification of invoices against approvals and contracts.
• Maintain vendor aging reports and liability schedules.
• Prepare payment proposals and maintain supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice clarifications.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• B.Com / M.Com or related qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor accounting.
• Basic understanding of GST processes preferred.
