AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
Job Description
We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our East Operations Team in Bethesda, MD who will:
- Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.
- Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..
- Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.
- Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.
- Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).
- Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Real Estate experience is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong data modeling experience
- Strong business writing skills
- Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected base salary of $100,000- $125,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- Base salary plus 15% annual bonus.
