Job Description
Training Coordinator, Inflight Services
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end logistics, administration, and operational support required to successfully deliver all IFS training programs. This role ensures all training events are fully resourced, scheduled, equipped, and executed seamlessly across all bases. The Training Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all training-related resources, materials, and logistical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical requirements for training delivery including Annual Recurrent, Initial Technical, Service, Customer Service and Train the Trainer programs.
- Liaise with Planning to secure training rooms, venues, and required facilities across bases.
- Order, track, and manage all equipment, materials, and supplies; ensure timely shipment to respective bases.
- Maintain an organized inventory of training materials and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Administer monthly Special Assignment and Stipend requests, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to stakeholders.
- Track and update training schedules, calendars, and resource assignments.
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and reporting logs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all training-related resources, materials, and operational inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Training Delivery, Planning, Operations, and base leadership to support training execution.
- Communicate updates, changes, and requirements clearly to stakeholders and training partners.
- Identify process gaps and support improvements to training logistics workflows.
- Provide feedback on resource utilization, equipment effectiveness, and logistical challenges.
- Support onboarding of new trainers or training partners regarding processes and logistics.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, logistics, or training support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and related digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple moving parts.
- Previous experience in training delivery, workforce planning, or operational support.
- Experience managing inventories, shipping logistics, or resource allocation.
- Familiarity with customer service or technical training environments.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy across logistics, documentation, and scheduling.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipates challenges and proactively resolves issues.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Responds well to shifting priorities and operational needs.
- Communication: Provides clear, professional updates to stakeholders at all levels.
