Lead AIP Connect's digital strategy in the healthcare sector as the Manager of Social Media & Digital Strategy. This role focuses on fostering engagement and optimizing brand visibility. You will be tasked with the overall responsibility for digital ecosystem management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective multi-channel strategies.

Your creative input in content production and real-time event coverage will be vital for maintaining an active community presence. A data-driven approach is needed to adapt campaigns for success. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee integrated digital and social media campaigns
• Optimize engagement metrics across all channels
• Produce compelling content for social media platforms
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Audit and enhance current digital performance Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong capabilities in content creation including video
• Experience in email campaigns and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
