Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Manager specializing in channel partner experience. The selected individual will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include proactive relationship building, analyzing customer data to identify trends, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services while meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service to ensure client success and loyalty
- Experience in Relationship Building and maintaining strong, long-term connections with channel partners
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement effective customer success strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
