About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the development of high-quality AI course content. This role goes beyond traditional content writing. You will be responsible for designing, guiding, validating, and enhancing AI-generated content, ensuring it is accurate, structured, engaging, and pedagogically sound. You will act as a bridge between AI-assisted content creation and educational excellence, ensuring that all learning materials meet industry standards and deliver real value to learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to create and scale course content efficiently.
• Design prompts and workflows to generate structured, high-quality educational material.
• Define course structure, learning paths, and module breakdowns.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions across topics.
• Perform multi-layered review of content (technical accuracy, pedagogy, readability, engagement).
• Validate facts, examples, and use cases against real-world applications.
• Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.
• Incorporate assessments, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Establish guidelines for ethical and effective AI usage in content creation.
• Detect and correct hallucinations, biases, and inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with content writers, AI engineers, and product teams.
• Mentor junior writers and reviewers in AI-assisted workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing / Completed PhD degree in:
• Computer Science/AI
• Business & Management
• Finance/Accounting
• Law/Policy
• 2-5+ years of experience in academia, industry, or research in the relevant domain
• Proven experience in curriculum design, research, or advanced content development
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into structured learning frameworks
• Create Hands-on, exercise, guided real-world labs.
• Experience working with or supervising AI-assisted workflows, automation, or digital content systems
• Exposure to industry applications, case studies, or applied research

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their real-world applications
• Experience in EdTech, certification programs, or executive education
• Published research, whitepapers, or contributions in the relevant field
• Experience in reviewing or accrediting academic/technical content
• Familiarity with global standards, compliance, or regulatory frameworks (where applicable)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
