Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and increase hotel sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Promote hotel services including rooms, banquets, and F&B offerings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of bookings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local Ahmedabad market
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Presentable and professional personality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate sales / B2B sales
- Client handling & relationship management
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
