Project Head (Fire Fighting)

Job Description – Project Head Fire Fighting Industry

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head with minimum 8 years of experience in installation and execution of fire fighting systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete project operations, site execution, team coordination, client handling, and timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of fire fighting projects.
• Supervise installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, firefighting pump, and fire alarm systems.
• Plan project schedules, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety norms and industry standards.
• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor staff.
• Prepare project reports, billing updates, work progress reports, and documentation.
• Handle client meetings, project planning, and execution strategies.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of fire fighting systems.
• Support management in improving project efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 Years of experience in Fire Fighting System Installation & Project Execution.
• Strong knowledge of hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, and fire alarm systems.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams effectively.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Preferred qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Safety Engineering.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
