The Supply Chain and Raw Materials Planning Manager – Ice Cream is a strategic role responsible for the overall performance of supply planning, capacity, and inventory management for the category. Acting as a key pillar of the IBP/S&OP process, the role optimizes material and finished goods flows, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, supports new product launches, and leads a team of analysts toward sustainable results in service, cost, and profitability. Key levers where you will make an impact Own the supply plan for the Ice Cream category and define optimal inventory strategies to achieve the best service-to-cost balance Optimize supplier ordering to ensure operational continuity at the lowest total cost Take ownership of losses (raw materials and finished goods) and implement reduction plans Monitor and manage supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and financial results Manage production capacity in the short, medium, and long term Lead supply reviews as part of the IBP / S&OP process Develop and share long-term capacity visibility with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams Propose supply chain optimization scenarios to drive sales growth and profitability Represent the S&OP function in new product development and launch initiatives Ensure robust supply and capacity plans are in place to support the organization’s various functions Lead, engage, and develop a team of three planning analysts Foster an environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and clear, effective communication What will enable you to create value 5 to 7 years of experience in supply planning or a similar supply chain role, ideally in a CPG environment Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, and/or a professional designation in supply chain Strong ability to solve complex problems, strategic thinking, and crisis management skills Solid mastery of statistics, planning, and inventory management methods, with a clear understanding of financial impacts Demonstrated ability to benchmark best practices and establish a culture of continuous improvement Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills in a matrix environment APICS and/or Six Sigma certifications Advanced user of Microsoft Excel A role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.
