We’re looking for a results-driven Dispatch Manager to lead and own dispatch operations.

This is not a dispatcher role — it’s a leadership position focused on execution, team performance, and operational control.

What You’ll Own

Lead and manage the dispatch team Oversee daily load planning & execution Ensure on-time performance and route efficiency Handle escalations and real-time issues Track KPIs and improve operational performance Maintain compliance (ELD, HOS, etc.) Hold team accountable and drive results

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in U.S. trucking dispatch Proven leadership experience Strong operational mindset (not just task execution) Decision-maker under pressure Organized, fast, and solutions-driven Experience with dispatch systems, ELD, Excel
