SIT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. ARY:The AGLC is advancing its enterprise data capabilities to better support regulatory excellence, informed decision‑making, and innovative digital services. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Architect to help shape the next evolution of our data ecosystem and lead the design of modern, scalable analytics platforms across the organizat

ion.

This is not a traditional BI developer role. It is a senior, strategic position responsible for defining and guiding the enterprise‑wide architecture that supports data, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and business intelligence. You will combine hands‑on technical knowledge with strong architectural leadership to build trusted, high‑performing data solutions used across the AGLC, with a particular focus on supporting the iGaming regulatory environ

ment.

Architect Enterprise Data & Analytics So

  • lutionsDefine, evolve, and maintain AGLC’s enterprise BI and analytics architecture, ensuring consistent data models, standards, and practices across business
  • areas.Design integrated data platforms- including data warehouse, data lake/lake house- and ensure they support analytics, reporting, and emerging use cases such as
  • AI/ML.Lead the development of enterprise data reference architectures, patterns, and roadmaps aligned with corporate prio

SKILLS &

  • ABILITIES:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or rela
  • ted field.4+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data architecture, ideally in complex enterprise env
  • ironments.Strong hands‑on experience with the Databricks platform and modern data engineer
  • ing tools.Proficiency in Python and Apa
  • che Spark.Solid understanding of data modelling (relational, dimensional, and domain‑driven ap
  • proaches).Experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS) and Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • BI tools.Knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Microso
