About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing product support for our consulting client. This role focuses on Global Trade Services modules including compliance management, customs management, and risk management.

This is a fully remote role within Canada with occasional travel to client locations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management
• Manage foreign trade data and ensure alignment with trade regulations and export control requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide product support and handle light development/enhancement activities
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform impact analysis, and manage enhancements and change requests
• Support data migration, interface testing, and integration between SAP ECC / S4HANA and SAP GTS
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training sessions
• Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations

Required Skills

• 8 -12 years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP GTS
• Strong expertise in:
• Compliance Management
• Customs Management
• Risk Management
• Foreign Trade Data
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS integration with SAP ECC or S4HANA
• Experience with OTC (Order to Cash) processes
• Experience in product support and enhancement work
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to sanctions screening and trade compliance
• SAP GTS Certification
• Experience in large-scale or multi-country implementations
• Understanding of export/import regulations
