The Service Administrator is responsible for coordinating AGI service and repairs from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service. This individual will support Service Technicians by ensuring parts availability, scheduling and coordinating repairs (in-house or remote, on-site locations) and provide clear communication to all parties involved internally and externally. The Service Administrator support the warranty claim processes. This position will work closely with the entire AGI Saskatoon Team and report directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service and spare parts.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Support planning and scheduling of service-related inquiries for repairs and repair parts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare quotes for services which include parts, labor and travel time.
Support field service teams as needed on-site.
Coordinate to ensure materials, resources, and site readiness/preparedness.
Ensure safety and quality during service work execution.
Work with the Sales, Service Manager and factory on warranty claims including issue tracking, documentation, and customer communication, as needed.
Support warranty investigations and root cause analysis.
Access existing company archives (engineering drawings, quotations, etc.) to identify necessary spare parts, including items purchased from 3rd party vendors or parts to be produced in an AGI facility.
Create a positive work environment necessary to build a cohesive growing team.
Follow AGI's Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies

Requirements And Qualifications
3-5 years' progressive experience in a fast paced administrative and/or customer service oriented environmentcustomer.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to successfully interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools considered an asset.
Mechanical aptitude or technical background is an asset but not required.
Spare parts management in a technical or manufacturing environment would be an asset but not required.
