As a Farm Business Representative, your responsibilities will include executing the customer relationship management strategy while ensuring farmers have a smooth experience throughout their contracts.
This role emphasizes data maintenance and marketing strategies aimed at differentiation from competitors, which will be essential in engaging priority farmers in your zone. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enact contact strategies for priority farmer customers
- Promote G3's offerings to achieve financial targets
- Track competitor programs and relay insights to the management team
- Ensure compliance with customer contract obligations
- Accurately report all relevant information to head office Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business contexts
- Knowledge of grain procurement is a plus
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
