About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics & BI Developer with strong Tableau expertise to support Finance, Procurement, IT, and Sales teams. This role will focus on dashboard development, predictive analytics, data integration, and reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop impactful reports and dashboards to support cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations
• Extract and integrate data from:

o Amazon Redshift

o Snowflake

o Salesforce

• Perform predictive modeling and forecasting using Python, R, and Tableau
• Design and manage ETL processes and data models
• Develop and maintain Google App Script solutions within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Drive dashboard adoption and measure reporting effectiveness
• Perform rigorous data validation and post-publication testing
• Manage server licenses and data access governance
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and process updates
• Deliver training sessions to enhance end-user data capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience
• Advanced Tableau dashboard development experience (Required)
• Strong SQL expertise
• Hands-on experience with:

o Tableau

o Python

o R

o Salesforce

o Google App Script

o Power BI

o HTML

• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Access experience
• Solid understanding of:

o Data modeling

o ETL processes

o Data validation techniques

• Experience with Smartsheet development

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
