The next CDO will play a pivotal role in shaping PAFA’s future—strengthening philanthropy, elevating strategic fundraising, and serving as a close partner to the CEO, Board, and senior team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a seasoned development executive who thrives in mission?driven, arts-focused environments.
Team
Oversees a development team of ~4–6 FTE
Location:
National search; finalist will be expected to reside in Philadelphia with regular in-office presence
Ideal Candidate Experience
Strength in both strategic planning and hands?on execution
Genuine interest in art, history, preservation, and education
Experience in Philadelphia, NYC, or the Mid-Atlantic region helpful
