Job Description The Mission

We are looking for a results-driven freelancer to take full ownership of LinkedIn growth for our clients. You aren't just managing an account; you are building and operating a customer acquisition machine. You will be responsible for the "Who," the "What," and the "How"—from identifying the target audience to securing the final meeting.

Role Specifics:

Part-time Freelance

  • Hours:

10–12 hours per week

  • Compensation:

₹5,000 per month (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeting & Lead Sourcing:

Using Sales Navigator to build highly filtered, high-intent lead lists. You must know how to identify the "ideal customer profile" (ICP) for different industries.

  • Messaging Strategy:

Crafting custom multi-step messaging sequences that cut through the noise. You will be responsible for A/B testing scripts to see what gets the highest response rates.

  • Automation Mastery:

Setting up and managing tools (e.g., Dripify, Waalaxy) to automate initial outreach while maintaining account safety and a "human" feel.

  • Active Inbox Management:

You are the frontline. You will handle all incoming responses, overcome objections, and proactively move conversations toward a booked appointment.

  • Calendar Management:

Ensuring qualified leads are booked directly onto the client's calendar (Calendly/HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters and Boolean search.

  • Proven experience in

Sales Copywriting

(outreach scripts that actually get replies).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Experience with

LinkedIn Automation tools and "warm-up" protocols.

  • A proven track record of booking

3–5+ qualified appointments per week per account.

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles (portfolio or case studies required).
  • Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and "social selling" best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
