A busy, well-established plastic surgery practice with seven offices in Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland, is looking for a Healthcare Administrator. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, has strong critical thinking skills, excellent with multi-tasking, and able to handle high call volume. It is not imperative that you have medical office experience, but you should have some administrative experience as well as a basic understanding of medical terminology. You will be involved in all aspects of supporting a sophisticated plastic surgery practice, including, but not limited to, front office patient interaction, patient care coordination, insurance pre-authorizations, and some insurance billing. This challenging job affords the opportunity to gain exposure to the many aspects of managing a medical practice as well as clinical exposure. This position is primarily based in our McLean, Tysons, and Alexandria office locations, but may require occasional travel to our offices in Reston or Woodbridge. Starting pay ranges from $22-$24 per hour based on experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred but not required to apply.
