Level 1 Technician

AET Solutions is seeking a Level 1 Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in offering IT solutions for small and medium sized businesses.

Responsibilities include:

Support users with technical issues as they arise, either in person or remotely

Setting up computers and accounts for new employees

Keep tickets up to date and accurate

Perform required system updates on customer equipment including but not limited to Windows systems and Anti-Virus software

Monitor and manage backup solutions

• *Requirements**:

AEC or diploma related to the IT field

Experience in a help desk role (an asset)

Excellent communications skills

Fluent (written and spoken) in English and French

Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and File Storage systems (an asset)

Knowledge of G Suite / Google Workspace

Excellent organizational skills

Experience with Apple computers and devices (an asset)

Experience in an office setting (an asset)

Valid Driver's license

Pay: $47,500.00-$53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lachine, QC H8T 1A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
