Job Title: Production Worker – Bottling
Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced bottling production line by accurately following job instructions, operating and monitoring equipment, and ensuring products are packaged and prepared for storage or shipment. You will help keep the bottling line running smoothly by loading materials, identifying and removing defective products, documenting work, and following established standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Accurately read, interpret, and execute job instructions for bottling and production activities.
- Load materials onto the production line and operate equipment to maintain an even flow of product.
- Monitor bottling line operations to ensure the line runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform general production tasks to support overall manufacturing output.
- Identify, remove, separate, document, and report defective materials or products.
- Label, package, and palletize finished products for storage or shipment as required.
- Complete all required documentation of work performed using both paperwork and computer entry.
- Monitor material levels on the line and resupply materials in a timely manner to prevent work stoppages.
- Initiate restock notifications when materials run low to support continuous production.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as required to support production goals.
- Work extended hours when necessary to meet production demands.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing or machine operation.
- Hands-on experience working on a production line in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate and monitor production and bottling line equipment.
- Capability to perform general production, packing, and packaging tasks.
- Experience as a production line worker, line worker, picker/packer, bottler, or machine operator.
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and follow written job instructions and SOPs.
- Basic computer skills for documenting work completion and entering production data.
- Strong attention to detail to identify and remove defective materials or products.
- Reliability to work assigned shifts and extended hours when necessary.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous bottling line experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in general production, packaging, and packing environments.
- Experience in manufacturing settings with exposure to chemicals or test kit production is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a structured, SOP-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on second shift as needed, with flexibility to support other shifts if required.

Work Environment
This role is based in a production environment with approximately 75 team members. The facility focuses on the manufacturing of chemicals and test kits for monitoring water quality, offering a wide range of wet-chemistry and dry-chemistry test kit configurations and microprocessor-based instruments. You will work on a bottling production line using standard manufacturing and packaging equipment. Multiple shifts are available, including first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with four openings currently on second shift. The environment is structured and process-driven, with standard production floor conditions and established safety and operating procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
