Job Title: General Laborer – 1st Shift

Pay: $17–$19/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm

Job Description

Hiring a General Laborer to support a fabrication shop with basic production and warehouse work.

This is a hands‑on role with variety throughout the shift. Facility is temperature controlled.

Responsibilities

• General labor support throughout the shop
• Load/unload materials and finished parts
• Count parts and help with packing/shipping
• Assist with basic machine operation (button‑pushing, stacking parts)
• Lift and move materials up to 50–60 lbs
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE

Work Environment

• Fabrication shop and warehouse
• Temperature controlled
• Active, physical work

Requirements

• Comfortable with physical labor
• Reliable attendance
• Willing to learn and help where needed

Dress Code: Pants, t‑shirt, steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
