⏰ 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Kick‑start your manufacturing career through our structured 6‑month Assembly Training Program! This is a hands‑on, entry‑level opportunity designed to help you develop the skills needed to become a skilled assembler through guided training, classroom instruction, and real production experience.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate through key production departments, including sealing and coating
- Learn blueprint reading and the proper use of assembly tools
- Participate in classroom training, job shadowing, and hands‑on instruction
- Work collaboratively with team members to assemble shelters and component parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
