KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating Rhythm & MOS Coordination
- Coordinate the India Regions management operating system (MOS) — scheduling recurring meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and tracking closure
- Manage calendars, logistics, and meeting coordination for the Director, Chief of Staff & Strategy
- Maintain a master action item and commitment tracker across all India IT workstreams
- Prepare meeting pre-reads, summaries, and follow-up notes for leadership engagements
Executive Reporting & Dashboard Support
- Pull, compile, and maintain data for the India IT weekly and monthly status reports — hiring pipeline, COE health, Innovation Lab milestones, and engagement metrics
- Maintain dashboards and trackers used by the CoS and VP for leadership visibility
- Support preparation of slides, briefings, and materials for internal leadership reviews
Hiring Pipeline & HR Coordination Support
- Track India IT open requisition status across all towers — updating pipeline trackers and coordinating with HR on logistics and timelines
- Support Hiring Drive coordination — venue scheduling, panel logistics, candidate communication tracking, and post-drive reporting
- Maintain the India hiring master tracker and flag status changes to the CoS
University Relations & Talent Coordination Support
- Coordinate scheduling for campus engagement activities, university touchpoints, and MOU follow-up activities
- Maintain the university partnership calendar and track key milestones across campus relationships
- Support Early Career Associate intake coordination — onboarding logistics, cohort tracking, and program documentation
