About the Role

Accenture is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Desk Engineers to join our dynamic support team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a strong foundation in IT support and client services.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide voice-based support, and help maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via voice and ticketing systems
• Understand client issues and deliver accurate, timely resolutions
• Participate in problem-solving discussions with internal teams
• Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Monitor system performance and suggest process improvements
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in IT Support / Service Desk
• 15 years of full time education (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Service Desk Management
• Experience with Service Desk Voice Support (mandatory)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and client management tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
