Lead Process Engineering for Chemical Systems

Drive innovation in process engineering as a technical leader. Oversee the design and scaling of electrochemical systems in pilot and commercial facilities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This senior role involves full ownership of process engineering initiatives from concept through to commissioning. You'll manage technical decisions, ensure compliance through safety reviews, and develop foundational engineering deliverables. As part of a dynamic team, you will build the process engineering function while supporting technology transfer and early deployments. Key Responsibilities:

• Own process engineering for pilot and commercial facilities
• Lead process safety and hazard reviews for compliance
• Manage EPCs and external engineering partners
• Develop operating philosophies and commissioning plans
• Collaborate with R&D on system design execution Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years in process engineering for chemical facilities
• Hands-on experience with PFDs and P&IDs
• Strong knowledge of industrial regulated standards
