Product Designer (Contract Role) – AdxReelOverview

AdxReel is looking for a Product Designer on a contract basis to evaluate and improve our live product experience.

This role is focused on practical thinking, real product understanding, and design decision-making—not just visual design.

As part of the selection process, candidates will work on a real product evaluation task based on our live app and website.

• What This Role InvolvesAnalyzing the current AdxReel app and website experience
• Identifying usability issues and design gaps
• Proposing meaningful improvements based on real user flows
• Designing refined and intuitive UI for key screens
• Bringing clarity and structure to the overall design system

Evaluation Task (Mandatory)

As part of the hiring process, you will complete the following:

• 1. Product ReviewExplore the live app and website
• Understand how users interact with the product
• 2. UX/UI AnalysisWhat works well in the current design?
• What are the key usability or design issues?
• Where can the experience be improved?
• 3. Design ExerciseRedesign one important screen of your choice
• Focus on usability, clarity, and visual consistency
• Share your design (Figma preferred)
• 4. Design ThinkingWhat type of color system would you introduce and why?
• What changes would you make if you had full ownership of the product?
