Job Title : Shift supervisor- Technical (Supervisor/Jr. officer) Department : Extruder line Tubing. Location : Goa Reports To : Manager – Extruder line Tubing. Job Description for Shift supervisor- Technical (Supervisor/Jr. officer) Should have hands on knowledge of extrusion processes or related processes. Responsible for maintaining product hygiene and safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality of the product manufactured. Responsible for providing various resources needed to comply with the requirements of QEH&S and accountable for their adherences and use. They should report any abnormality observed in the QEH&S system. Responsible for Process improvement, Machine efficiency & Machine utilization. Responsible for Manpower Handling in Shifts. Responsible for quality and quantity of production. Responsible for production GMP and discipline. Responsible for attending M/C breakdowns. Responsible for Machine settings, tool change-over. Experience & qualifications: Basic Qualification : B. Tech / Diploma in Mech / Electrical/ Electronics/ Diploma in Printing Technology. Experience : 3-5 years Shift Timing: Rotational (8am-4pm, 4pm-12am,12am-8am) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Benefits: Medical support up to 2L, Accidental Insurance up to 100x the Salary, Gratuity exclusive of salary, Transportation provided for all shifts. CTC will be up to 5 lakhs
