Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Financial Analyst for our Financial Planning & Analysis department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Financial Analyst you will:
- Provide facility leadership with analysis and reports/presentations regarding the facility’s revenue, expenses, utilization, productivity, and other ad hoc reports as requested
- Assist the finance and financial planning teams in preparing facility expense budget and monitors variances on a monthly basis
- Provide all necessary information/supporting documentation to assist accounting and finance teams in completing the monthly financial close process
- Complete Capital Expense Request forms and obtains the appropriate authorizing signatures for all capital expense requests for the facility
Comply with all privacy standards of the facility and the healthcare system, and other state and federal regulations as they apply
- Other tasks related to the financial operations of the facility as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
Work Schedule:
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday
2 days in office 3 days (Hybrid)
Shift Type: Day
Pay Range:
$57,606.24 - $83,532.80

("Nicotine products" include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).
