Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support business development and sales activities for our Nuclear Division in India. The role involves handling technocommercial sales, preparing bids, and working closely with Indian nuclear customers while ensuring compliance with nuclear quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the Indian nuclear sector
• Manage sales activities with customers such as NPCIL, DAE units, EPCs, and approved vendors
• Prepare and submit technocommercial bids, RFQs, and tender responses
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records

Desired Profile

• BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, or related engineering discipline
• 2 to 5 years experience in technical sales / proposal engineering
• Exposure to nuclear, power, defence, oil & gas, or other regulated industries preferred
• Experience dealing with NPCIL or DAE organizations is an advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of engineered products and technical specifications
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel across India
• Strong ethics, safety awareness, and confidentiality mindset
