Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brazil for a 3D Graphic Designer (Product & Brand Films). The designer will create high-quality 3D assets, animations, and visual effects for product demonstrations, brand films, and marketing campaigns, with a focus on medical and MedTech storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting creative briefs, developing storyboards and style frames, modeling and texturing 3D objects, lighting and rendering scenes, and preparing final deliverables for video and digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure visual consistency, adhering to brand guidelines, and implementing feedback efficiently. The designer will manage project timelines, maintain organized asset libraries, and stay current with industry tools and trends relevant to 3D motion design and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

• Strong visual design foundation with skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, especially in 3D and motion contexts.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D design and animation, with a strong portfolio of product visuals.
• Medical device / healthcare background preferred, with understanding of technical accuracy.
• Experience in branding-focused work, including Branding and Logo Design for products and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for video frames, title cards, and visual narratives.
• Hands-on experience with 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar) and compositing software (e.g., After Effects, Nuke).
• Ability to translate complex MedTech or healthcare concepts into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D product visualization, brand films, or related motion work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
