Role Overview:

You will be joining Adtitude Digital as a Human Resources Contractor, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices within a professional and fast-paced work environment. Your main responsibilities will involve assisting the HR team in various functions and projects, contributing to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Organize and facilitate employee orientation sessions with internal data entry.

Technology and Tools:

  • Familiarity with Slack, LinkedIn, Indeed, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basics of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to search and learn online.

Work Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative screen-sharing environment.
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Qualification Required:

  • Fresh graduates with 0-1 year of experience are preferred.
  • Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered.
