Affiliate Manager-Web CPL

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in managing international CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns for web-based businesses. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads, managing affiliate partnerships, and optimizing campaigns for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates and web publishers to drive CPL campaigns across international markets.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of CPL campaigns, ensuring lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met while maintaining compliance with advertiser guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and publishers to expand the company’s lead generation network.
• Ensure all CPL campaigns meet quality standards and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, media buying, and operations, to align on goals and improve performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing international CPL campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong network of affiliates and web publishers across global markets.
• Experience working with top international lead generation publishers to drive high-quality leads.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least $100K per month while ensuring performance and profitability.
• Ability to set up and scale CPL campaigns from scratch, optimizing for growth and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Everflow, and Affise.
• Expertise in CPL campaign optimization, lead quality assessment, and fraud prevention to maintain compliance and maximize ROI.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills to drive successful partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, adapting quickly to market changes.
