About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketers
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for mutiple D2C brands on
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager
- Expert in Google Ads
- Hands on Amazon Advertising
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
- Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver results
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in D2C performance/growth marketing (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior team management experience is preferred
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience scaling campaigns with significant budgets
