  • *ADR Chambers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional** to support both the daily operations of our office and the smooth functioning of our legal tech platform. This role blends front-of-house reception and administrative coordination with hands-on involvement in internal projects and technology-driven initiatives.

You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, triaging support issues, performing QA on new platform releases, and assisting in the management of a growing customer base through self-serve tools. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating both operational logistics and digital systems.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • *Product Tech Support**
  • Monitor and respond to user support requests (e.g., login issues, UI bugs).
  • Perform QA testing and manage internal test cases.
  • Maintain accurate legal data tagging and case entry.
  • Support customer onboarding, renewals, and self-serve sales workflows.
  • Collaborate on platform improvements, documentation, and grant materials
  • Triage support tickets & run QA tests
  • Keep documentation & workflows up to date
  • Provide scheduling, collateral, and follow-up support for the Director and inbound sales
  • Capture support insights, update the knowledge base, and coordinate with external vendors/consultants.
  • *Administrative and Reception Duties**
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage inboxes, mail, couriers, scheduling, meeting room bookings, and general office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and general tidiness of shared spaces.
  • Support internal communications and documentation for the Director of Operations and broader leadership team.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and coordination of company-wide communications and events.
  • Provide Marketing support
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Qualifications and Experience**
  • A post-secondary degree from a recognized university; coursework or extracurricular experience in business administration, communications, legal studies, or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills through academic projects, volunteer work, internships, or part-time employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., Trello, Zendesk, or similar) is an asset.
  • A high degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
