Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive performance excellence and streamline HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design & manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Establish SOPs, KRAs, task tracking, MOMs, timelines & reporting frameworks
- Ensure timely tracking, follow-ups & structured execution
- Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews with leadership
- Drive digital tools, dashboards & automation initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics aligned with business goals
- Identify gaps & implement corrective actions
- Prepare dashboards, reports & actionable insights
- Lead Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to enhance engagement
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in PMS & HR Operations
- Strong expertise in process improvement & digital transformation
- Good analytical & communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
