Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for an Agency Development Manager. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing sales force of agents. The role includes driving sales targets, developing business strategies, engaging and managing relationships with agents, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires robust relationship management, effective team leadership, and sales acumen.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
• Strong skills in Recruitment, Training, and Leadership development
• Knowledge of Insurance and Financial Services sectors, along with portfolio management
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-driven environment
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
