• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve health insurance sales targets across assigned territories and channels.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base, increase policy renewals, and drive revenue growth in line with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular training sessions, and provide coaching to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes while maintaining accurate sales reports and MIS data.
