Senior Accountant for Real Estate Firms

Elevate financial integrity and reporting accuracy as a Senior Accountant. Engage closely with a collaborative finance team to manage month- and year-end close processes and compliance effectively. This hands-on role involves preparing complex reconciliations, maintaining general ledger integrity, and producing timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP. You will support both internal and external audits while also assisting with tax filings. Understanding financial results and supporting budgeting efforts are key components of success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare reconciliations and resolve variances
• Maintain general ledger and document entries
• Produce monthly and annual financial statements
• Assist in audits and tax filings Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel Excel in delivering accurate financial oversight and drive improvement in accounting processes within a dynamic real estate environment.
