📍 Location: Mumbai
Adfactors PR is looking for seasoned communications professionals to join our Healthcare Practice at the Senior Account Manager level. If you bring deep experience in healthcare, pharma, or public health communications, and are adept at leading high-stakes mandates, we’d love to connect with you.
Role Overview
In this role, you will lead strategic client engagements, drive integrated communication programs, and provide senior counsel on reputation, regulatory, and crisis-sensitive matters. You will work closely with leadership teams across leading healthcare organizations while mentoring teams and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client management and act as a trusted advisor for key healthcare mandates.
- Develop and drive strategic communication frameworks aligned with business and reputation objectives.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with senior journalists, healthcare media, and policy stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide high-quality content including thought leadership, policy narratives, leadership messaging, and media materials.
- Manage high-impact campaigns, announcements, and reputation-led initiatives.
- Provide counsel on crisis communication, regulatory issues, and sensitive stakeholder engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and scale teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and capability building.
- Drive account growth, revenue management, and new business development within the healthcare practice.
What We’re Looking For
- 8-15 years of experience in Public Relations, with strong exposure to healthcare/pharma communications.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, medtech, and public health landscape.
- Strong track record in client leadership, strategic thinking, and media influence.
- Experience handling complex, reputation-sensitive, and regulatory-driven communication.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value accounts.
