Men's Hairdressers (India)

AD HAIRWORKS are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Men’s Hairdresser / Barber to provide high-quality grooming services. The ideal candidate should be experienced in modern and classic men’s haircuts, beard styling, and grooming trends, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of men’s haircuts (classic and modern styles)
• Provide beard trimming, shaping, and shaving services
• Offer hair styling and grooming advice to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, chairs, and workstations
• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Stay updated with the latest men’s grooming trends
• Ensure excellent customer service and build repeat clientele
• Recommend grooming products when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or Men’s Hairdresser
• Certification or training in barbering/hairdressing preferred
• Knowledge of haircutting techniques (fades, tapers, trims, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
