• Develop, maintain, and execute manual tests.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure stakeholders understand the risk associated with various testing approaches.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Work with the development team to test and release software following agile methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality analyst role at a fast-paced agile organization.
• Ability to write and execute functional, integration, end to end, regression, and acceptance test scenarios.
• Familiarity with standards compliance and general principles of usability.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and other business units by testing and releasing software following agile methods.
• Proficiency in exploratory testing and writing meaningful test cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, extreme organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with screen capture and other recording solutions to document steps for troubleshooting and reproducing issues identified during testing.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira/Confluence and test management tools like Xray for Jira.
• Awareness of test automation to collaborate with Quality Engineers for automating repetitive tasks.
